How to
Get started
- Install Hik-Connect and create an account.
- Add your device to the account. We usually do this for you during installation, or we can share the device to you.
- Tap a camera to watch live video.
What you can do in the app
- Watch live video with PTZ control.
- Play back recorded video.
- Get alarm alerts with pictures and video.
- Answer calls from doorbells and video intercoms.
- Share devices with others, with limited permissions.
Download clips or long playback on a computer
- Use iVMS-4200 on a computer. You can sign in to your Hik-Connect account inside it.
