Video intercoms for building entrances and package rooms. Tenants see who is at the door and open it from their phone or an apartment monitor.
What it is
A modern intercom replaces the old buzzer panel. Visitors find a name on the entrance panel, the call rings the tenant, and the door opens with a tap. Property managers can add or remove tenants and give out codes for guests and deliveries. We can also set up the phone line the intercom needs and connect it to a virtual doorman service such as Carson.

Older buildings can be upgraded at low cost. We replace the old entrance panel with a new Akuvox touchscreen, and tenants get the Akuvox app on their phones for a small monthly fee.
